    Technical Difficulties

    We are having some technical difficulties with the Program Walkthrough in EMS. We will notify you once the PWT is up and running. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Elementary Hay Cohort – October 3rd

    Today is the last day to RSVP to the Elementary HAY Cohort happening on October 3rd, 10:00am-1:00pm at St. Mary’s Cathedral! Each participant must RSVP so we can get an accurate head count. Don’t forget to print out this parking permit and place it on your dashboard.

    Region 4 Expanded Learning Programs – Summer Learning Series

    New Date!

    The Peer Learning Exchange has changed their start date to Thursday, November 2nd, 10am-1pm, Marina Community Center in San Leandro.

    Register for this 4-session series where your team can intentionally design and develop plans to provide a high-quality summer program for students in 2018. Our sessions will focus on key design elements that create positive learning environments for youth:

    • Program Design & Evaluation
    • Thematic Curriculum Development
    • Supportive Culture & Climate
    • Youth Voice & Leadership
    • Staff Professional Development

    Dates:11/2/17, 1/25/18, 3/1/18, 5/3/18

    Time:  10 AM – 1 PM

    Location: San Leandro Marina Community Center

    Important Information about the Region 4 Peer Learning Exchanges:

    • These learning opportunities are FREE to participants.
    • Region 4 is committed to building systems and capacity through collaboration.
    • Team size of 2- 4 staff per organization is recommended.
    • Teams should plan to attend all 4 sessions.
    • Morning beverages and light lunch will be provided at each convening.
